Loosely based on real-life plants--stargazer lilies, pothos + chamomile-- I hope you enjoy this sparkling bit of hope! It also holds a callback the aquaponic vase my mom had with her Betta fish named Rocky. I like to believe that this is the *perfect* environment for a goldfish to thrive.
please note that the vibrant colors and also the black are surprisingly hard to photograph!! It is much more vibrant + nuanced IRL.
This is an acrylic painting on paper 12 x 12". It has been varnished. For reference, it is pictured in a 17 x 17" frame (not included). It is matted to 11.5 x 11.5.
