here we have the most adorable arrangement of oranges with their blossoms, peonies + a cute little goldfish on an 8x8 cradled panel with 2" deep sides. the sides have also been painted with oranges and blossoms so there is a view from every angle. This varnished acrylic painting is ready to hang.

The goldfish is a nod to my mom, who used to keep a beta fish in a vase that had plants growing in it (I believe its called aquaponics) and I started wondering... "what if those were flowers instead?? and a goldfish?"
please note that the vibrant colors and also the black are surprisingly hard to photograph!! If you are seeing little white dots or things that don't look right--its just my photography light reflecting off of the black.
