strawberry pie
I'm obsessed with pink + red together + that's why the strawberry + peony combo is one of my favorites! We also have chamomile + a sweet lil goldfish swimming in the vase. This varnished acrylic painting is around 7x9" and painted directly onto a thrifted frame. It is ready to hang.

The goldfish is a nod to my mom, who used to keep a beta fish in a vase that had plants growing in it (I believe its called aquaponics) and I started wondering... "what if those were flowers instead?? and a goldfish?"

please note that the vibrant colors and also the black are surprisingly hard to photograph!! If you are seeing little white dots or things that don't look right--its just my photography light reflecting off of the black.
