sleepy lion
this sleepy little lion with wings is floating amongst the stars and appears to have nodded off.
sleepy lion is for anyone wishing their daily life felt a bit more magical. This painting creates a moment of whimsy that can cheer you on + help you embrace your playful side day after day after day.
sleepy lion is a part of my "things with feathers" collection: a group of artwork designed to remind you to continue to hope, believe in all of your infinite possibilities, and allow your impossible dreams to take flight.
here we have a 8x10" painting of a lion with wings surrounded by a periwinkle background and a sky full of stars. the sides are a coordinating color + have been adorned with pink pompoms for added whimsy.
please note that the vibrant colors and also the black are surprisingly hard to photograph!! If you are seeing little white dots or things that don't look right--its just my photography light reflecting off of the black.
